2. Egg and Spoon Race - ride at walk, trot, canter holding an egg in a spoon. Last, one with egg still in their spoon wins!
3. Crepe Paper Race - Teams of two riders hold a piece of crepe paper and ride walk, trot, canter around the arena trying not to tear the paper apart.
4. Potato Race - each rider will pick up a potato at one end of the arena and race to the other end and put the potato in a bucket and race back (this is done individually)
5. Clover Leaf Barrel Race - Starting left or right run a cloverleaf pattern around three barrels fastest time wins.
6. Boxer Race - Riders will ride their horses to the end of the arena, dismount, put on a pair of large boxers and race back leading there horses.
7. Arena Race - riders will race to the end of the arena around and barrel and race back
A Hunter Pace is a cross country course that was traditionally used as training for Fox Hunts, but this one is just for fun! It will take place along the edge of a beautiful mountain top pasture with different options for riders of various abilities. Depending upon division, some jumps are optional. Riders can compete individually, in pairs, or in teams of three with a three round maximum for the day.
Divisions:
Land lovers - walk/trot with jumps optional
Hill Toppers - trot/canter with jumps optional
Full Cry - canter with jumps mandatory

10.00 for just costume contest
25.00 for just fun classes
25.00 for just Hunter Pace
40.00 covers the entire day!
Ribbons awarded to 1st through 6th place.
Negative Coggins required for all horses on show grounds.
Costume Contest - wear your best costume! This can be horse and rider, horse, or just person!
