Worming Rotation (this is only a suggestion, if you have any further questions please contact your local large animal vet)
Three-way Rotation would include:
Oxibendazole or Fenbendazole - found in Safe-Guard, Panacur, Anthelcide EQ
Ivermectin or Ivermectin and Praziquantel - these are found in: Equimax, Zimecterin Gold, Rotectin, IverCare
Pyrantel Pamoate - Strongid Past, Rotectin P2, Strongyle Care
Two-way Rotation would include:
Ivermectin or Ivermectin and Praziquantel - these are found in: Equimax, Zimecterin Gold, Rotectin, IverCare
Pyrantel Pamoate - Strongid Past, Rotectin P2, Strongyle Care
Dreamweaver Stables strongly suggest the three-way rotation.
